Dear Ed,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how much my daughter enjoyed your volleyball
training camp this summer. Not only did she look forward to the sessions, but her improvement
in overall fitness, strength and quickness was dramatic.
As a practicing physical therapist and exercise physiologist, I can fully appreciate the variety of
training methods utilized at the Power Advantage Camp as well as their carryover on to the
court. The emphasis on general conditioning, core strength and agility, coupled with the
volleyball specific, skill training was invaluable. The staff's attention to form and technique of the
exercises was excellent and having highly qualified, volleyball coaches to instruct the athletes
was a great plus.
I will continue to highly recommend the Power Advantage Training Camp to any serious athlete
wishing to enhance their performance. Watching my daughter on the JV team sprawl flat out on
the court makes me think she could have only mastered that skill in the sand.

Roxanne was one of your athletes this summer. I'm her dad and she asked me to drop you a
line. Her tryouts this week have gone exceedingly well and she is very pleased with her
performance. There is no doubt that your camp improved her jumping, side to side motion and
just overall speed and agility. I have witnessed it for myself as well and would also like to thank
you.
You know it isn't very often these days that things live up to our expectations of them, but your
training program is surely an exception.
