Volleyball Conditioning Boot Camp will get you in Prime Condition for
Your Upcoming Volleyball Team Tryouts.
This is an Athletic Performance Training & Conditioning Program SPECIFICALLY FOR VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS that will improve their VERTICAL JUMP, SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS, STRENGTH & UPPER / LOWER BODY POWER!!.
3 Intense Conditioning Training Sessions - each lasts 1 hour & 45 minutes.
For Female & Male Volleyball Players ages 12-18 years old.
DATES: Training sessions are MORNINGS on Monday August 17th, Wednesday August 19th & Friday August 21st - from 8:00am to 9:45am.
Training will be held during light rain. If a session is canceled b/c of SEVERE weather, it will be made up on the following day.
LOCATION: Training is on the SAND at Neptune Blvd. Beach - in Long Beach, NY. (click for map)**Performing Conditioning Exercises in the Sand is the Best Way to Improve your Vertical Jump, Speed, Agility & Power!**. After Training in the Sand... Jumping and Moving on the Hard Court will be MUCH easier!
TRAINER(S)- Ed Hoffman - Owner "The Power Advantage", M.S. in Exercise Physiology., C.S.C.S.(Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), 20 Years Training High Level Athletes. (Additional Trainers may be present.)
